The badge downloads are just one part of the volunteer toolkit. The full public loop is simple: raise your hand or claim an opening, get confirmed, complete the work, and watch points unlock pickup rewards through Journey.
How it works
Raise your hand or send interest through the volunteer portal, get matched to a confirmed shift, then check out after the shift so participation can be logged.
Use approved flyers, post them with permission, share the location photo publicly, and tag @asian.arts.heritage.festival so the team can review the proof before points are posted.
Complete the linked event survey after attending or volunteering so the follow-through attached to that event is counted too.
